• For PC User

  1. Please make sure the backup file name has no space, otherwise, rename the file without space by right clicking on the file.
  2. Uploading process might take a while, please wait until you see the confirmation page.

• For MAC User

  1. To upload file from MYOB - please backup the company file, a .sit file will appear at location you choose. Please rename the file without space and upload this .sit file.
  2. To upload file from QuickBooks - quit QuickBooks, then locate the company file (not the backup file), create archive for this file, and a .zip file should appear at location. Please rename it without space and upload this .zip file.
  3. Uploading process might take a while, please wait until you see the confirmation page.
